Who operates this service

Information we collect
- Property addresses and place-selection data used to identify the requested property
- Available coordinates, imagery references, and roof information returned by mapping or property-data providers
- Contact information you choose to submit, such as name, email, and mobile number
- Inspection details, photographs, notes, appointment records, reports, and customer communications
- Device, browser, page, referral, and interaction data when analytics is activated
- Payment and transaction references from a payment provider when checkout is activated; GenRoof should not store full card numbers
How we use information
- Match the requested address to the correct property
- Estimate roof area, determine preliminary eligibility, and calculate a preliminary price
- Prepare, schedule, perform, document, and support the inspection
- Communicate about the request, appointment, report, or optional follow-up work
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, measure performance, and improve the customer experience
- Meet legal, licensing, accounting, insurance, and dispute-resolution obligations
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be shared with vendors that provide mapping, address validation, roof data, hosting, communications, scheduling, customer relationship management, analytics, payment processing, or report delivery. It may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transaction. GenRoof does not represent that personal information is sold for money. Final cookie and advertising disclosures must be updated before any advertising or cross-site tracking is activated.
Retention and security
Information is retained for operational, legal, accounting, warranty, and dispute purposes for periods appropriate to the record. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Personalized reports and customer records should be protected by access controls rather than robots.txt.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information by contacting info@genereve.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, licensing, accounting, or legitimate business purposes. You can also limit browser cookies through browser settings.
Children and changes
The service is intended for adults arranging property services and is not directed to children. This policy may be updated as the transaction, analytics, and fulfillment systems are finalized; the effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
