Website information is preliminary

Address matches, satellite imagery, roof measurements, roof characteristics, pricing, and availability shown before an accepted service order are preliminary. Imagery may be dated, obstructed, incomplete, or unavailable. Satellite information does not diagnose roof condition and is not a substitute for an onsite inspection.

Inspection scope

The standard Roof Condition Inspection is a visual, non-destructive review of visible and safely accessible exterior roof areas within the accepted written scope. It does not guarantee concealed conditions, future performance, code compliance, engineering conclusions, insurer acceptance, or the absence of leaks or defects.

Pricing and appointment confirmation

The website may show a preliminary price based on estimated roof area and property details. A website price does not by itself create an appointment. The Genereve team confirms the property, scope, availability, and applicable payment terms before service. GenRoof will not charge more than an accepted amount without customer approval.

Third-party requirements

Insurance companies, lenders, buyers, associations, and government agencies set their own documentation and acceptance requirements. GenRoof does not guarantee that a standard condition report will satisfy a particular third party. Tell GenRoof the intended use before booking so the requested deliverable can be confirmed.

Public sample and intellectual property

The sample-report preview is provided only to explain the type and organization of the deliverable. It may be watermarked and restricted from download. Report layouts, forms, wording, graphics, and systems remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, altered, resold, misrepresented, or used to create a false report.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with, probe, scrape at abusive volume, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or provider-backed endpoints
• Do not submit an address or personal information without a lawful purpose
• Do not use public content to impersonate GenRoof, Genereve Construction, an inspector, or a customer
• Do not rely on preliminary website data for emergency, engineering, legal, insurance, or code decisions

Disclaimers and liability

The public website is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Service-specific warranties, limitations, dispute terms, and remedies are stated in the accepted customer agreement. Nothing on this page waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
