BY GENEREVE CONSTRUCTIONProtected report preview
A good roof inspection report should answer the hard questions quickly: What did you find? How serious is it? What needs attention? What should happen next? This guided preview shows the clarity and visual evidence you receive without publishing the complete GenRoof report system.

Representative page shown at reduced size. Full report pages, property findings, and reusable forms are withheld from the public preview.
Your delivered report is property-specific, signed, and tied to the conditions observed during your inspection.
Page one answers first
Your report starts with the important answers. Homeowners get plain language, while insurance reviewers get organized property facts, supporting evidence, and professional documentation.
Roof covering, visible components, approximate age source, and inspection identifiers.
A direct summary of accessible roof conditions at the time of inspection.
Qualified conclusions and recommended next steps supported by the visible evidence.
What was inspected, what was outside the scope, and what could not be determined.
Traceable findings
A reviewer can move from the summary to the finding and then to the supporting photograph without guessing what the image is supposed to prove.
For the homeowner: The report explains what was seen, where it was found, and whether it needs attention.
For insurance review: Supporting photos, condition notes, and the professional conclusion are included in the delivered report.
For the homeowner: You get a direct answer about maintenance, repair, monitoring, or replacement when it is supported by the inspection.
For insurance review: The final report separates observed conditions, completed work, professional opinion, and inspection limitations.
Photo evidence
Each image has a photo ID, location or context, the related finding, and a short statement explaining why the image matters.

Tied to F-02. Shows the limited area that was visible after damaged tile was removed.

Tied to F-01. Gives the reviewer enough roof context to understand where the repairs occurred.

Shown as a follow-up evidence example. Documents the visible roof condition after work was completed.
Representative roof photographs are shown only to demonstrate how GenRoof connects evidence to findings. Property identifiers, the complete report sequence, and proprietary report language are not published.

Clear boundaries
This sample reflects a limited visual exterior roof inspection. It does not include destructive testing, laboratory testing, engineering analysis, moisture scanning, attic access, or an interior leak investigation unless those services are specifically added.
Wind mitigation and four-point inspections use separate scopes and paperwork. A carrier may also require its own current form or additional evidence before making an underwriting decision.
This format is designed to make review easier. It does not guarantee acceptance by an insurer, lender, buyer, association, or other third party.
No mystery report
Start with the address. We will show the roof, estimate its size, price the inspection, and explain what the visit includes.
